Lifestyle Coaching FAQs
What is lifestyle coaching?
Lifestyle coaching focuses on building sustainable habits in nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management to improve overall health and well-being
How often should I meet with my lifestyle coach?
Most patients benefit from monthly sessions for accountability, re-writing health habits, and long-term success.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. Our approach is personalized and flexible. We focus on realistic changes rather than restrictive dieting.
Can lifestyle coaching help with weight loss?
Yes. We help you build foundational habits that support metabolism, appetite regulation, and long-term weight management.
What can I expect during the initial consultation?
We review your lifestyle patterns, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress levels, and create personalized goals for a customized wellness plan.
GLP-1/GIP FAQs
What are GLP-1/GIP medications?
GLP-1/GIP medications (like semaglutide or tirzepatide) help regulate appetite, improve insulin response, and support sustainable weight loss.
How do I know if I’m eligible for GLP-1/GIP therapy?
During your initial consultation, we review your medical history, BMI, and overall health to determine if lifestyle coaching is a good fit. If lifestyle coaching alone is not sufficient, GLP-1/GIP therapy may be considered as part of your personalized treatment plan.
Do you prescribe brand-name medications or compounded options?
We prescribe FDA-approved medications only when clinically appropriate after evaluation.
How often will I need follow-up visits?
Follow-up visits are typically scheduled monthly, with adjustments made based on your treatment plan, dose titration, and monitoring needs.
Are GLP-1/GIP medications a substitute for lifestyle changes?
No. Medications work best when paired with lifestyle coaching, nutrition improvements, and behavioral support.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Most patients can use HSA/FSA funds for consultations and metabolic health services.
Do you provide superbills for insurance reimbursement?

Are medications or labs included in the visit price?
No. Laboratory testing and prescription medications are not included in visit fees and are billed separately by laboratory vendors and pharmacies through insurance, when applicable.
