Discovery calls are informational only and do not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
Medication costs and laboratory tests are not included in program fees. These may be billed separately by pharmacies and/or laboratory vendors.

For clients who choose to commit to a structured program, reduced pricing is available when payment is made in full at the start of the program

All program fees are due in full at the start of the selected program term.
Billing & Program Policies
All pre-paid program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once services have begun. Programs are not prorated. If a client chooses to discontinue participation before the end of the program term, any unused portion of the program will be forfeited.
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may result in forfeiture of that session. Unused visits do not roll over beyond the program period.
Secure messaging is intended for non-urgent questions and brief check-ins. Messages are reviewed during business hours and responses are typically provided in 24-48 business hours. Messaging is not a substitute for scheduled visits or emergence care.
